Delivery and Set up is included within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte NC. We provide pressure treated blocking to level your building. We do suggest that you provide solid concrete blocking for the first run but it is not required. We have a special machine that is designed for the sole purpose of moving
Graceland Portable Buildings.What that means for you is that we do not have to drive on your property with a truck and trailer. It also means that we can delivery and set up buildings where no one else can! Normal delivery time weather you buy off our lot or we build one for you is 7 to 10 days. In some cases we can deliver faster. If you live outside of the 50 mile radius, the first 50 miles are free and the additional mileage is billed at $2.50 per mile.
